The meeting was attended by representatives from TICA’s member universities, which implement TaiwanICDF’s international education and training project by offering scholarships for foreign students.

The meeting discussed matters concerning the TICA scholarship project and presented awards to member universities that made outstanding achievements in implementing their foreign student scholarship programs during the 2016-2017 academic year.
