 ITALIA TI AMO! (ITALY I LOVE YOU!) FROM “LA DOLCE VITA” (SWEET LIFE) TO THE BITTER OF OPERA HEROINES. ITALIAN ARTWORKS AND BITTERSWEET CREATIVE GENIUS.
 
 Alberto Campagnolo
Born in 1972, Alberto Campagnolo has achieved a long and consistent experience as Brand Manager for high-end luxury, fashion, lifestyle and home decoration well renown International brands. His career has been mostly held at Giorgio Armani in Milan for almost a decade. He works as adjunct MBA and Master professor at some high ranked institutes in Italy, France, Belgium, Germany, The Netherland, Poland and Taiwan.
His book “Cruel Beauties – tradition, translation and betrayal of the fashion myth in permanent museum spaces” – Harmattan, 2017, with endorsement of Roberto Capucci, is the first study ever published on the aesthetics of permanent fashion museums, a maison’s latest creative extension.
Currently he is based in Tuscany and he works as independent Brand Management consultant in fashion, luxury and lifestyle, travelling all around the world. Trend forecaster, fashion knowledge manager, luxury heritage and lifestyle storyteller, he is extremely fond and deeply specialized in all main distinctive areas of Italian and European excellences.
His ultimate mission as professor is to assist students in exploring their own uniqueness. While imparting practical knowledge is essential, helping students unlock their own original, intriguing vision remains of utmost importance to him. Enabling students to discover the spark within is what he daily looks forward to achieving the most.
Beside his career in fashion, he is also a classical piano concert player. After graduating he has completed his proficiency under some famous pianists such as M°Sergio Fiorentino, M°Massimiliano Damerini and M°Maria Golia. He has achieved several first absolute prizes and other awards at the International Piano competitions of Rome, Rieti, Tortona, Acquasanta Terme, Casarza Ligure, among some others. Currently he is still going deeper in his repertoire under the guidance of the famous argentinian pianist M°Daniel Rivera.
